Default Nintendo gives away "FREE" Wii Points...

Well as shocking as it may seem, Nintendo is actually willing to give something FREE to their users. Starting in Europe this October, the newly announced ‘Connection Ambassador Promotion’ awards 500 redeemable Wii Points to any console owner that flawlessly introduces the bewildering experience of Nintendo’s online gaming service to a friend or family member. This may seem like a dream but pinch yourself and you will see that this is true. All you have to do is show a friend or family member or anyone really, to the online wonders of Nintendo's Wifi and you will get 500 FREE Wii points. Also, the person who you introduced Nintendo's online experience will also receive 500 Wii Points to help promote instant download interaction.

Not impressed by only 500 Wii points? Well don't worry because there is MORE. If users are able to introduce online gaming to 10 previously offline Wii owners they will receive ‘gold’ ambassadorial status. This enables the free download of all first-party NES games on the Wii’s Virtual Console service. Astonished? Stunned? Dumbfounded? Well for you greedy folk there is even MORE to this amazing deal.

If you are able to tempt 20 offline gamers to the online experience, your ambassadorial status will increase to ‘platinum’ and you will be awarded a crazy 10,000 Wii Points! Compare this, to going out and buying 5 Wii points cards. This would cost $100 dollars! So thinking about it, your saving about $100 just for referring 20 people! Not only are you receiving 10, 000 Wii points, you are given a completely free download access to EVERY single first and third-party NES, SNES and Nintendo 64 game on the Virtual Console.

Well this is such a HUGE deal that Nintendo has put up on the table. Personally I think they did a good thing by doing this as it will highly benefit them as more people are captivated by their online experience. By doing this move, Nintendo is able to keep their current customers happy with the free Wii points while gaining new users to expand their online experience. The bottom line is that Nintendo has taken another great step in increasing their sales and trying to match their online gaming experience, to that of the Playstation Network and Microsoft.

PS: This was pretty short the reason being it was really a short story just so everyone knows
